We were contacted by Coventry University to investigate and rectify a malfunctioning heating system that had caused a radiant ceiling panel to leak into an office. During our investigation, we identified the issue as a faulty fusion fitting. We efficiently decommissioned the entire system from the plant room, carried out the necessary repairs, and then re-commissioned the system on all floors, ensuring there were no air locks and that all chemicals were properly balanced in the system before receiving approval.
We take great satisfaction in providing solutions to complex technical issues that significantly impact our clients, and this project was no exception.
We received an emergency call after a drainage system failure in Earlsdon. Our diagnosis revealed a collapsed joint in the main sewer pipe, a problem that can occur at the T-section of the main sewer pipe, potentially causing various unpleasant consequences for those in the vicinity.
After excavating down to the pipe, we discovered that the interceptor onto the main connection had completely snapped off. We promptly addressed the issue by adding a new collar and a 45-degree inlet from the property’s manhole chamber downstream.
Beyond handling emergency situations and reactive drain unblocking, we recently designed, planned, and installed a foul and storm drainage system for a new housing development in Hen Lane, Coventry. Drawing on decades of experience and industry best practices, we assisted the principal contractors in planning all drainage installations, ensuring a swift and well-coordinated service for our partners.
Nasmyth comprises a group of precision engineering and metal treatment companies that offer solutions to complex global markets. We have a strong working relationship with the Coventry branch of Nasmyth and collaborated closely with them to remodel and renovate their reception area and office entrance. We transformed an outdated and worn entrance into a stylish and inviting space for employees, clients, and business partners.
We thoroughly enjoy renovating commercial properties, and these pictures showcase a recent comprehensive refurbishment of a coffee shop in Birmingham. Collaborating with the owners, we helped bring their design and vision for a rustic decor, creating a welcoming atmosphere for customers, whether they’re working, studying, or catching up with friends.
